Wild Mayo Rose Florist Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Wild Mayo Rose Florist.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1) Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be placed before 2pm to be delivered that evening. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the next day.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders.
  • We do not accept orders from customers aged under 18 years.

2) Flower Availability & Substitution

  • Flowers are seasonal and perishable.
  • While we aim to match the photos on our website, some flowers may not be available.
  • In such cases, flowers or foliage of equal or higher value will be substituted.

3) Delivery

  • Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not at home, we will leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a safe place.
  • If neither option is available, the flowers will be returned to the shop and a note will be left.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery address details and a correct phone number.
  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information.
  • We do not guarantee specific delivery times except for funeral orders.
  • We only deliver to the areas listed on the website.

4) Cancellations & Changes

  • Changes to orders must be submitted via phone or email at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
  • Cancellations must be requested 48 hours in advance.

5) Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the goods being perishable, complaints must be made within 1 working day of delivery.
  • If we are at fault, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
  • Proper care is required. If flowers have not been cared for (e.g. dropped, left beside a heat source, not given water), we may not offer a refund.

6) Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
